This Alignment Aperture Jig is made up of 360 brass material, which is resistant to corrosion and has good strength. The slots and holes in the alignment aperture jig is made by wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). This part also consists of two dowel pins that are made of stainless steel. The part will be free from any burrs, sharp edges, chips, debris, oil, or any other residues. The products excellent surface finish and attractive aesthetic property, makes it an excellent replacement part. The product is a proven design which fits well into demanding applications. This Alignment Aperture Jig is used in X-ray machines.
