The Horizontal Arm Assembly comes as a part of the X-ray imaging system. The horizontal arm can be extended. It consists of an outer tube assembly, the center extrusion assembly, inner arm section, pulley, rear stop block, bar cable support, horizontal brake, aircraft cable, cable anchor, pulley spacers, screws and lock washers. The distance of the arm, when it is fully extended is greater than 798.6 mm. The brakes can be applied on the arm. A pulley is used for moving the arm with a roller chain of 53 links with an average tensile strength of 875 pounds.
