The Common RCIM2 and Local Language Label Kit consist of the common RCIM 2 module with English warning label and common RCIM2 local language label kit. The Real-Time Clock (RTC) and Interrupt Module (RCIM) is a patient monitor function that incorporates an on-board quartz crystal. This feature simplifies the design and eliminates adjustments. The time of day on a standalone patient monitor is maintained to an accuracy of 15 seconds in 24 hours to support 24 hour trend data. The RTC device is one of the devices on the I2C (Inter Integrated Circuit) bus. The patient monitor is intended to be connected to a network in order to provide real-time patient data to central stations or other bedside monitors. It also displays the real time data like parameters, waveforms and alarms. It is provided with 3 ground cables, so it can be grounded. An odorless, non-corrosive sealant RTV silicone is used on the electrical harnesses for sealing which has high life. The RCIM is secured with top and bottom covers. The pre and post-functional tests are performed on the RCIM2 Printed Wire Assembly (PWA) using the required hardware and interface software to confirm complete operation.
