The 8 channel Crosspoint Switch assembly interfaces MR coils (antennas) from the coil interface connectors through aGain Stage to 8 (or 4) channel RF receivers. This path consists of 8 Channels (inputs) from MR Coils (antenna)either with or without preamplifiers. The switch is a part of the Value 1.5T system receives chain. The assembly consists of a 8 channel crosspoint switch coil ID circuit board, mechanical enclosure, label and mounting hardwares including screws and washers. The circuit board consists of capacitors, resistors, serial EEPROM memory, IC's, Mosfet, LEDs, Diodes, inductors, voltage regulators, oscillators, FPGA, PLDs, trimmers and connectors. The circuit board is made up of FR-4 Glass fiber, a composite material made of glass fabric,and epoxy resin. This assembly can be used with Signa HDE Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems. 5137103-2-R
