The Tray Handle is custom designed to use with X-Ray systems. The Tray Handle is made up of Lexan® 30% glass filled polycarbonate material with blue color mold. The 30% of glass filling in the composition provides increase in tensile strength, stiffness, compressive strength and lower thermal expansion coefficient. It also possesses high modulus of elasticity, low deformation under load, excellent creep and cold flow resistance with electrical insulation properties. Also, it is easy to fabricate and machine. The product is made from high-grade materials with good mechanical properties ensuring a Increased lifespan for the component. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the parts as per the requirement and it is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the component.
